Shipping policy

Bellino Gems LLC (dba Stoned Crystals and Stoned Maiden) is headquartered in the USA, with fulfillment and shipping handled from our locations in the USA. All orders are processed in USD, with shipping via AusPost for Australian destinations and DHL Express or FedEx for international orders. This policy complies with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) shipping rules.

Handling Times

Orders are processed based on US Eastern Time for headquarters and fulfillment operations. Orders received over a weekend will be processed on the next business day (Monday). If an order is received after 11am ET, it will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive tracking information via email. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timings are estimates only and subject to carrier services (AusPost, DHL Express, or FedEx).

Bellino Gems LLC cannot assume responsibility for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers. For delayed or missing parcels, please first contact the carrier: lodge queries with AusPost via their tracking portal for Australian orders, or DHL Express or FedEx via their tracking portals for international orders. For orders over 10kg: Due to special handling, space requirements, and high value, additional fees apply based on total weight and number of packages. This fee includes insurance. These orders may take longer to pack and ship (up to 5-7 business days). We will email you an invoice for the fee; once paid, we will dispatch your order.

Duties, Taxes, Customs, and Tariffs (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or tariffs upon import. These are not included in our shipping rates and vary by country. Check current regulations via the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website or their duty estimator tool.

We provide accurate documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, to facilitate customs clearance. International shipments are subject to local regulations and may include prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials or restricted gems per carrier rules). For questions, contact us before ordering.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed:

  • File a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number (AusPost, DHL, or FedEx).

  • We can assist by providing proof of shipment and any necessary documentation.

  • For insured orders (e.g., over 10kg), claims may cover up to the declared value.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in USD. Conversions to local currencies are handled by your payment provider at the current exchange rate, which may include a small fee.

Returns and Exchanges

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. International returns may incur additional customs fees.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Pre-order items are not yet in stock but available for purchase. By ordering, you agree to:

  1. Estimated delivery times are guides only and subject to stock arrival changes, including potential customs delays for international fulfillment.

  2. We will dispatch within 2-3 business days of receiving stock.

  3. If combining with in-stock items, all ship together unless separate orders are placed (additional shipping fees apply for splits).

  4. We are not liable for unforeseen delays, including trade or carrier issues.

Layby Terms & Conditions

Laybys allow flexible payments over 4-6 weeks initially. Each customer starts with a 100-point credit score, adjusted based on payment timeliness.

Pay on Time:

  • Earn 5 points per timely payment.

  • Score of 90+ qualifies for additional laybys or extended terms.

Missing Payments:

  • Deduct 10 points per late/missed payment.

  • Score below 75 restricts multiple laybys.

  • Score below 50 triggers a 6-week freeze.
